Silly me: when I recently came across this word for the first time, I had no idea what it meant... even though I'd been looking at Fitspo for some time.
According to the urban dictionary, Fitspo is short for "fitsporation."
In essence, Fitspo provides inspiration to become (and stay!) fit via positive affirmations and collections of images of active women and healthy foods. Think of it as a vision board for your butt!
