MANGO SALSA:
- 2 oranges, peeled and diced
- 2 yellow mangos, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup crushed, canned pineapple
- 1 small red pepper, diced
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
Mix it all together, and let chill for at least an hour before serving.

That looks sooooo good!!! And I'll bet it was excellent with both the jerk chicken and beef! I'll be trying this one out soon :)
